SSCIT Membership costs $75.00 per year clinician, per year, renewable annually. Get immediate access to a number of valuable resources upon registering:
Create your profile and connect with new clients*
Go live immediately in the searchable online directory. Public listings are visible to all site visitors including SSCIT members and the community.
* You may select the privacy option and be visible only to SSCIT members.
Be included in our printed member directory
As an SSCIT member you will be included in our printed directory published annually. Since new membership registration is on a rolling basis, any new registration submitted after the directory is printed will be included in the directory of the following year.
Collaborate & share with your peers
Communicate privately, share information, make announcements, and seek information within our secure, members only Google ListServ.
Promote your practice
Enjoy opportunities to promote your practice or share your expertise at our quarterly Member Luncheons and network gatherings including our annual open house event in the spring.

Step 1. Review and confirm you meet the SSCIT eligibility requirements
Before jumping in, please review the eligibility requirements below. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you do not meet the requirements but would like to discuss special circumstances, please contact SSCIT at [email protected] before moving on to the next step.
Please note, upon account creation and payment of your annual dues, SSCIT will review and verify your practice. SSCIT reserves the right to deny membership and revoke access at any time should your content or practice not align with the SSCIT eligibility requirements.
If you are a licensed mental health professional practicing on the South Shore of Massachusetts or Cape Cod you may be eligible to join the SSCIT Professional Network. Please confirm you meet the following requirements prior to signing up:
- You are licensed to provide clinical services
- You have completed graduate training in your respective discipline(s)
- You are licensed or hold an equivalent certification within the discipline(s)
- You practice within the SSCIT catchment area*
*Catchment Limitation:
Membership eligibility requires that the primary practice office location is within the South Shore of Massachusetts, as defined to be south of Metro Boston and all towns located east of Rt. 95, as well as all of Cape Cod and the Islands, with no exceptions.
Please note, the few primary office locations listed within this directory that are outside of this catchment area, are:
- Exclusively secondary or tertiary offices, where the member’s primary office location is within the stated catchment area, or,
- Grandfathered SSCIT members with primary office locations who joined prior to March 14, 2013.
