Psychotherapy for adults
I specialize in working with people who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, stress and anger problems. Each session is conducted in a collaborative manner where I listen to the situations and events that provoke worry, anxiety and fear. My approach is to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which research as shown to be the most effective form of therapy there is.
