Enneagram: The Basics and Beyond
Introduction to the Enneagram for Clinicians and Teams
Join the South Shore Coalition of Independent Therapists for a thoughtful and practical training led by Julia Nepini, LICSW, Practice Owner of Compassionate Counseling Company in Fall River, Massachusetts.
This course introduces the Enneagram personality framework and explores how it can be used to deepen self-awareness, strengthen therapeutic relationships, and improve team collaboration. Participants will gain an overview of the origins and core concepts of the Enneagram, review the defining motivations and characteristics of the nine personality types, and consider how personality patterns influence behavior, communication, and emotional health.
The training will also highlight ways clinicians, supervisors, and practice leaders can apply Enneagram insights in clinical work, supervision, and team dynamics to foster empathy, improve communication, and support professional growth.
