Maryanne Colleran Bowe LICSW
I specialize in helping individuals, adolescents, young adults, and parents navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach combines compassion and curiosity with evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused, Narrative, Family Systems, Person-Centered, and Attachment-Based therapies.
I offer both in-person sessions in Norwell and telehealth across Massachusetts, making it easier to access the support you need.
Services
Therapy services for teens and adults including college students,young adults, parents and families. Life transitions can be challenging. I work collaboratively with clients providing individual therapy and family therapy services relating to school difficulties,life transitions, role changes, stress, and adjustment issues so each person can learn and grow at a piece that works for them.
