I am a Licensed Mental Health and Addictions Counselor experienced in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, codependency and conduct substance abuse evaluations. In addition I am Certified in providing Telehealth (online) sessions and offer flexible scheduling. I'm an Approved Clinical Supervisor available for consultation and supervision to individual clinicians and larger group practices.
Prior to entering into private practice, I spent many years treating clients and supervising clinicians in outpatient and residential settings. This has allowed me to work with diverse populations struggling with a wide variety of challenges and obstacles. I believe there are ALWAYS choices and options...we just need to identify them!!
My approach is client centered and solution focused, paying close attention to your unique needs. I will meet you where you are and together we will design a realistic plan to reach your long and short term goals. I'm compassionate and funny, but also straightforward and direct.
