Psychotherapy for individual adults and families including parent guidance, supervision, and case consultation. I also work with elderly adults and their caretaking families. My work with individual adults includes assistance with mood and anxiety disorders and problems in relationships. My training and experience include work with children and adults with histories of domestic abuse. For 30+ years I have specialized in assisting parents in understanding child behavior and responding in ways that improve parent-child relationships. I have special training with children under 6 and with adults and children with a variety of learning disorders, medically-based difficulties, and difficulty adjusting to family and developmental transitions. Currently I meet with adults and families in virtual sessions only. My office is in Walpole and will reopen when I assess it is safe to do so.
