Therapeutic Style:
Humanistic and eclectic: My style is Relational, and while striving to help clients create the life change they're wanting, I also integrate acceptance theory and humanism. I utilize Gentle Reprocessing, IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and draw from Transpersonal Counseling, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), and Psychodynamic theory. I often teach and integrate mindfulness and meditation in session. I work across the lifespan from older adolescents to elders and all in-between.
