Wellness Empowerment
Individual and Group Counseling for Children and Adolescents, Wellness Empowerment Stress Management and Social Skills Groups, Parent Support Groups, and Parent & School Consultation and Workshops.
Integrating yoga & mindfulness into my work with children, adolescents, and families; Offering self-regulation, positive coping strategies, and stress management for those with ADHD, executive functioning, anxiety, learning disabilities, high functioning autism spectrum disorders, & social communication struggles.

We offer the following groups: on-going Wellness Empowerment Groups for Social Skills, ADHD, Anxiety, & Stress Management, as well as Parent Support Groups and School & Parenting Workshops throughout the year.
