Riser and Tread LLC
We specialize in working with youth/male clients (typically ages 8-25), using an overlap off therapy and coaching. We also offer specific programs, including our "ADHD in 8" program (highly structured coaching based 8-section program), our "Sports Performance + Recovery" Program (focuses on athlete performance mindset and the emotional/psychological aspects of injury recovery), and our all male groups (6 session seasonal groups which focus on key topics like EIQ, anxiety, social media + tech use, etc.)
