I am a social worker working in home-based private practice in Bridgewater, MA. I work with adolescents and adults, providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I believe in working with each client’s strengths to make progress towards goals set in treatment and I do my very best to provide a safe, comfortable environment in which to do this.
I have an eclectic style as a therapist, and I tend to use a mix of insight-oriented therapy, solution-focused therapy, and behaviorally focused treatment to build coping skills. I encourage my clients to set the pace for their treatment and put great emphasis on the importance of identifying and working towards well-developed goals.
Special Interests: I specialize in working with clients who have trauma in their history, as well as with first responders. I also work with perinatal health issues as well as grief/loss.
