We are a group of professionally licensed therapists devoted to promoting the health and well-being of our clients. We believe that every person who comes through our door deserves to feel heard, valued and supported. We are dedicated to helping people understand the cause of their problems and to assist in either solving them or learn how to come to peace with them. Using an integrative approach, we strive to provide the tools necessary to cope with life stressors, life transitions and/or struggles with mental illness.
