I understand symptoms and self-destructive behaviors as signals that we are living out of alignment with our true nature. My role is not to offer quick fixes, but to guide you toward lasting transformation and healing.
I strongly believe that each of us can create lives full of joy, meaning, and connection. When our experiences are validated and our strengths revealed, we can move from a place of fear and stagnation into more expansive emotional spaces. I consider it an honor to do this work, and am highly dedicated to each client and their unique healing process.
