I’m familiar with this search, and I believe that I could be the person you need right now as you begin the work to your higher self. One of the first things I tell all of my clients is that they have to feel a connection with their therapist. You have to feel safe, supported and most importantly, respected.
As a licensed mental health clinician who has been working in the field of social service for twenty years, I can provide the comforting space you need to begin your mental health journey and discover your path to wellness. I am passionate about helping people overcome life’s challenges - big or small - and helping them achieve their greatest potential.
I subscribe to a holistic and integrative approach to therapy and I focus on person-centered and strength-based methods, as I believe YOU will be the one in charge of your healing. I am empathic, compassionate, warm and sensitive, and non-judgmental with all of my clients. I also love to throw in humor, when necessary -and in these times it's often necessary
