About Rachel Fletcher LMHC
Everyone experiences struggles and challenges in various ways, and my goal is to help you understand the best ways to cope with stressors. My specialties include working with adults/young-adults who deal with symptoms of mood disorders, depression, anxiety/panic, grief/loss, and ineffective or maladaptive coping skills/behaviors. Therapy involves motivation and a willingness to make changes, and I strive to help clients realize their inner-power to do so through encouragement and motivation.

About My Practice
Rachel Fletcher, LMHC
I have extensive experiencing working as a clinician in a Partial Hospital Program, where my focus was on challenging stigma, teaching coping skills, and building acceptance in asking for help. In 2019 I switched gears to the Private sector and have been providing individual therapies since. I incorporate a number of techniques including mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.
I provide a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment where my clients can focus on their strengths, build self-awareness, and find strategies to cope with life's challenges. Remember that it takes more courage to ask for help, than it does to suffer silently. I look forward to the opportunity to help my clients feel empowered and more in control of life!
