About My Practice
Lauren Auwood LMFT LLC
My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths based. I support clients as they make sense of their stories and gain insight into their best hopes for their futures. I’m particularly passionate about supporting Women and/or couples as they prepare for and navigate motherhood/parenthood.
I provide individual, couples and family therapy. My office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
