As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I would like to partner closely with you to help you to improve your quality of life. I believe that “Mental health is not a destination; it is a journey,” and every person’s journey is unique. Therefore, my approach to building a therapeutic alliance is individualized. Life’s challenges can sometimes leave you feeling as though you are unable to cope, in a sense, hopeless. I can help you restore hope and regain the ability to cope by using counseling, education, medication and alternative therapies.
