Special Interests: I can help people with many general practice issues. As well, I am trained and skilled in addictions counseling and group therapy.

Therapeutic Style: I am a psychodynamically trained therapist. However, I base treatment on the needs of the individual and integrate addictions theory, attachment theory, trauma theory, psychoeducation, etc.
