I am a licensed psychologist in private practice. In my practice, I treat adults presenting with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns using evidence-based approaches, applied flexibly and adapted to the individual needs of each client.

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in treating individuals with mood, stress, and trauma-related concerns. In my practice, I offer evidence-based treatments in the context of a genuine, empathic, and supportive relationship that is unique to each client. In addition to my private practice, I am an Associate Professor in the Clinical Psychology Department at William James College in Newton, MA. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University. I completed my clinical internship at the VA Boston Healthcare System, where I also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the National Center for PTSD. Because all sessions are held virtually, I am able to see clients located anywhere in MA.
