Finding a therapist that is a good fit can feel challenging. It is important for you to feel safe, comfortable and understood in the therapeutic setting. During therapy you can begin to see patterns in your life where you feel stuck. By understanding where your feelings may be stemming from in your life, you can make shifts towards more successful relationships and a life with more fulfillment. My clients describe me as warm, empathic, and attentive. I provide a safe space to identify what you'd like your life to look like, and explore what's keeping you feel "stuck".
I utilize an integrative approach and customize a plan that will fit your individual needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, pre/postpartum, infertility, parenthood, relationship issues, and managing life transitions. Seeking help is the hardest part!
