I am a solution focused therapist with a holistic approach to working with individuals and families. I have a very successful track record helping people overcome anxiety, depression and a lack of confidence in their own abilities. I help my clients create a clear vision for the future by helping them identify and develop their own personal, academic and/or career goals.

I am also a licensed Special Education teacher with 20+ years of experience working with families whose children have school centered difficulties. When children are struggling, it impacts the entire family. I focus on improving family functioning by identifying the negative patterns of behavior that may be causing conflict and then replacing them with better, more positive habits that help to reduce family conflict and improve overall functioning.

I also offer Educational/School Advocacy & Consulting to help parents navigate the Special Education process to ensure their children get the appropriate level of support and services that will help them succeed socially, emotionally and academically.
