Accepting new clients! I’m a licensed therapist (MA, NH, FL) who specializes in supporting children, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthy coping strategies, build self-esteem, improve communication and process difficult or traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
My warm and empathetic approach creates an environment of trust and safety, allowing individuals to feel comfortable exploring their innermost thoughts and emotions. I am committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship where each client feels heard, respected and supported as they work toward meaningful change and personal growth.
