Hello! I enjoy working with children, teens, couples, families and adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, improving communication, and parenting strategies. I always use a strengths based approach and aim to assist you in identifying goals and developing the skills and strategies to help you achieve them. We work together, following your lead, to help make therapy worthwhile for you.
