Modern Wellness Counseling
As a trauma-informed mental health clinician, I examine how life experiences and environments have shaped who we have become and support my clients in finding more effective ways of coping and communicating. I utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to therapy, often incorporating CBT and DBT strategies into my treatment among various other modalities. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career; providing in home family therapy, mentoring youth, working in residential programs as well as administering emergency psychiatric assessments in various hospital settings.
