For 20 years I have worked closely and collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to help them develop skills to ease stress, manage difficult emotions, improve communication and strengthen relationships. If you are seeking to discover a deeper understanding of yourself, explore family issues, improve relationships or learn skills to manage complex and challenging emotions I am here to help. Through the years I have developed a specific expertise in helping those with autism and/or developmental disabilities with managing complex emotions. I am passionate about assisting parents and siblings with the specific concerns related to having a family member with Autism, Developmental Disabilities or behavioral concerns.
