Special Interests:
I work with people around the transition into parenthood and those that are in the midst of it all. I help parents clarify their family values and parent how they want to versus how everyone else thinks they should. Often times parents struggle with effective communication and boundary setting with their significant others and family members. Additionally when we become parents there are things that can be triggered from our own childhoods that haven’t been processed fully or at all. These are areas I am passionate about helping people improve upon.

Therapeutic Style:
I will meet you exactly where you are on your journey and we will work together from there. I take a strengths-based approach, finding all the things you are good at and utilizing them to help you in your challenge areas. I respect that change can be hard & challenging. I approach my work with sensitivity, compassion, and when appropriate, a sense of humor.
