With experience in treating both children (ages 7 and up) and adults, I believe mental health is a multidimensional experience. I believe in holistic mental health care, with an emphasis on making life changes in addition to treatment with medication. With a focus on the remediation of symptoms as well as rehabilitation, I hope to improve the lives of my clients and help them to live a more fulfilling life. My previous career in information technology also has given me an appreciation for the everyday struggles of career-minded individuals.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, accepting patients (ages 7 and up) for medication management who are currently working with a therapist. I graduated from Regis College with a Masters of Science in Nursing. I draw from my experience with patients in both outpatient clinics and private practice.
