I incorporate many approaches to therapy including narrative work, trauma-informed methods and mindfulness. My style is client-centered, relational and supportive. I work with clients to tailor sessions to individual needs and work with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
In addition to private practice, I am an adjunct lecturer at the Boston University School of Social Work where I teach adult clinical trauma courses. Prior to private practice, I worked in a hospital setting providing individual and group psychotherapy to adults. I have been licensed in Massachusetts for almost 11 years.
