About My Practice
Eastern Psychotherapy and Consulting PC
I have practiced individual therapy and group therapy over the past eleven years. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness. I teach about neuroplasticity and “rewiring” stuck thought patterns. I use a scientific approach to understanding the central nervous system’s role in anxiety and relaxation, paired with practical techniques for “reprogramming” the nervous system to reduce anxiety.
