Are you looking for help getting through a tough period in your life or wanting to make some changes that have been hard to accomplish on your own? I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Social Thinking and Family Systems Therapy. While history is important, most of the work I do is present and future focused. A full range of counseling services are offered. I enjoy helping people navigate life transitions and helping people find ways to improve themselves.

Services

I primarily work with people 16 – 70. My approach is to work within the context of your family system, which can include family therapy but that is not always needed. I have experience with high functioning Autism (Social Communication Disorder / Asperger’s). I enjoy blending my love of sports with my counseling expertise to help people achieve their athletic goals. My first love, Biology, helps my support people with ongoing medical issues along with helping people adjust to having Celiac Disease.
