Heartful Pathways Counseling
Within my practice, I use a combination of Person-Centered therapy, Trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help create a supportive environment for clients to process trauma and its impact on their mental health (PTSD, Anxiety, OCD, C-PTSD.) Populations I have experience in are adults and young adults, difficult family dynamics, chronic illness (self, sibling, or parent), athletes, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
