I specialize in systemic work and relational therapies. Specific specialties include life cycle transitions (marriage, the birth of a child, launching children, loss of loved one) and communication and intimacy challenges. My approach is one that is client-centered, strengths-based, collaborative and nonjudgmental. While working in a variety of clinical settings I am very knowledgeable of existing resources.
I received my undergraduate degree and masters degree from the University of New Hampshire Marriage and Family Therapy Program in Durham New Hampshire. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists in good standing.
