South Shore Healing Arts Collective
I work with adults and older adolescents to better understand themselves in order to reach their goals. Using both a strengths-based perspective and the teaching of coping skills, I look to help clients with mood, stress, communication and relationships in order to lead a more fulfilling life. Therapy is a chance to be heard and understood but also an opportunity to hear feedback on specific ways to make progress.
I help each client recognize patterns and habits in their thinking style and how to change. Many of these ways must be practiced in between sessions, just like learning an instrument. I find that a balance between strategy, encouragement and humor is key to reaching therapeutic goals.
