Access for Change (www.accessforchange.com), a boutique private practice located in Norwell, MA, is
seeking Massachusetts licensed psychotherapists (master’s level and above – LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC,
PsyD, PhD) to join our growing team.

from the office or remotely. Our offices are located in Norwell, and we offer a mix of office and
remote work options.
- The practice manages all billing and administration functions, so staff may focus on client care.
- Our practice receives referrals from a broad network of psychiatrists, physicians, clinics, and area
teaching hospitals. The practice will provide new clinicians with a full panel of referrals.
- The practice is credentialed with most major insurers and will assist new hires with credentialing.
