Therapeutic Style: My therapeutic style is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation/meditation strategies, the mind-body connection, psycho-educational and supportive counseling. I offer a safe, nurturing environment in which to help the client express their feelings and identify specific treatment goals. I empower the client to reach their personal goals and work with them in a joint effort.
Special Interests: Anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, pregnancy/postpartum, parenting, self-esteem, family members affected by a loved one’s substance abuse, depression, eating disorders, assertiveness training, stress management, spirituality, and family therapy.
